To reach the house you have to take the C-451 road (Biosca-Solsona) and turn between Km 34-35 (there is a sign indicating the turning). The house is visible from the road but it is located at 250 m from the road.
Tha House has got central heating.
The porch communicates with a large terrace with a swimming pool (11 m long5.5 m wide). The pool is covered in spring, autumn and winter and it increases about 10 degrees the temperature of the wàter.
There are also swings and a table tennis and a “futbolín”
The house is three quarters of an hour from the ski resort Port del Compte.In seven minutes you get to a Pitch and Putt Bon area and a self-service restaurant at very reasonable prices (play golf and have lunch is about 15 euros, only lunch is 7 euros.)
